Vorwiegend aus vollreifen Zentralschweizer Löhrpflaumen hergestellt, entwickelt die Maische bereits nach der Gärung einen intensiven, fruchtigen Geschmack wie bei einem süssen Pflaumenkuchen. Der edle Obstbrand wird nach der Destillation mindestens 12 Monate gelagert und gepflegt, bis er jene Qualität erreicht, die auf internationaler Ebene schon mit Gold ausgezeichnet wurde.

Produced mainly from fully ripe Löhr plums grown in Central Switzerland, after fermenting the mash already develops an intense, fruity aroma resembling that of a sweet plum tart. This fine fruit brandy is stored for at least 12 months after distillation and nurtured until it attains the quality which has already been awarded gold medals at international level.
